You & Me Expertise also specializes in sales training, considers the evaluation process to be a very important tool of improvement for our customers and not just as « mystery shopping » (especially for sellers that require testing.)

We recommend a minimum of two annual waves (number of visits to be defined according to the point of sale): the first visit being photography, the second one establishing areas of improvement, observed after the action plans carried out following the first wave.

Visits with purchase, after sales service visits, grey market visits, benchmark visits, as well as mystery phoning can be performed.

THE COACHING

The Coaching store is used for the development of the skills and performance of your teams.

Coaching aims at advancing the staff, working with each employee.

Coaching raises the awareness of individual members within the team regarding her/his perfectibility and trains her/him to resolve her/his own problems.

THE APPROACH TO COACHING :

Coaching can be organised around four types of observations:

1. The coach observes the team member in a real situation, sale or management
2. The coach and team member simulate a situation, sale or management
3. The coach and the team member work on a past situation
4. The coach takes charge of the tasks and objectives of the organisation

In the first case, the most common and most profitable, the coach is present in the shop and works in the following five steps:

1. The coach is a member of your team during a sale with the leader in the shop.
Your colleague explains and analyzes the situation experienced with the Store Manager.

2. The coach debriefs her/him and questions her/him on ways to improve her/his performance and her/his competence.

3. The coach provides theoretical and practical knowledge to your sales team and your Store Manager.

4. The coach, the Store Manager and each employee define an action plan together.
